Scott Adams of Dilbert fame answers the following questions with his Pleasure Unit Theory:
1. Why poor people are fatter than rich people.

The Personal MBA
Josh Kaufman explains what the personal MBA is all about and lists the 42 books that will help you learn about business on your own time. I’ve read a number of business books but came across only two on his list I’d read before.

The Masters Magic
The Masters tournament from Augusta National begins tomorrow and I wouldn’t be surprised to see something very special transpire over the next four days.
It was only 10 years ago that Greg Norman took a six shot lead into the final round. What followed was arguably the greatest collapse in any major. I remember watching him choke an iron into Rae’s Creek on the 12th hole to fall out of the lead nobody figured he’d relinquish.
And it was twenty years ago that the magnificent Nicklaus turned back the clock to collect his sixth green jacket during a magical run like we’d never seen before. I think his plaid pants had something to do with it!
If I had a ticket to attend any sporting event in the world it would have to be the Masters. Let’s hope 2006 is as interesting as 1996 and 1986 were.

Apple releases beta of “Boot Camp”
Pretty dang cool, Apple. There is value in expanding your base outside of the Mac zealots like you did with the iPod for Windows. The customer wins by having access to the widest range of software choices and Apple wins because they will sell more hardware.
The 10 Best Internet Spoofs
Wired has published a list written by Fark creator, Drew Curtis, detailing the ten best internet spoofs. I remember my inbox being flooded with mail about the Neiman Marcus cookie recipe.
